Hello to all the residents of Neumann North. My name is Julieann Duca.
I am the District Property Manager for Interstate Realty Management Company.
I am sending you this note to inform you of this change in management. Effective today, Interstate Realty Management Company is the new agent for this property. Some of you had an opportunity to meet the new superintendent Tracy Burris. Tracy has been employed with Interstate at various locations for over ten years. His recent position was at a senior property. Tracy has extensive knowledge of all building maintenance and I’m sure you will find him friendly and pleasant. The temporary manager’s name is Ronnie Robinson; she will be here daily until the new manager starts. I am the district property manager for the company I have been employed with Interstate for over sixteen years.
For after hours emergency please call the office phone number 215-739-8306 we have an automated answering service that will page Tracy for the emergency.
Emergencies are: No Heat, Lock out, Water leak, Power outage, and Toilet broke if it is your only bathroom or any situation that will cause harm to any resident or the property.
We will have a meeting with all the residents once all staff is in place and we are settled in our new home. Thank you for your time.
